Hey Muses, within Accra and Tema we deliver via courier service which will be processed as same/next day delivery if purchases are made by 16.00hrs. Other regional deliveries will be sent via DHL which is usually a two day delivery.

DHL EXPRESS / Local Courier – (1- 3 working days) : 15 – 40ghc depending on location

International

International Muses, we know how you can’t wait for your MYTH bag to stunt. We ship via DHL, which usually takes 5 – 7 working days, depending on your location, we will send you a tracking number to track your statement piece as it travels to you. Return Policy

We hope that you love your Myth purchase, and you are not thinking of returning it.  However, if you are not completely satisfied or there may be an issue, kindly send an email with details of your issue and we will work out a solution for you. Kindly send back within 5 days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • There are no returns or exchanges on discounted items
  • Cost of shipping for returns are not the responsibility of MYTH House.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Kindly reach out to us telling us why you aren’t satisfied with your purchase and we’ll provide you with the return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service. Truly appreciate it.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving our fashionable piece. Please note that discounted products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges made in a different currency from which the original item was purchased will be processed as returns, and you will be asked to complete a separate transaction in the new currency.

When making an exchange at our store, please bring your receipt and the items you wish to exchange in their original packaging to expedite the process.

Please note, we can only offer exchanges for the same item in a better condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to us however, we will cover shipment costs of the exchange back to you.

Send back to this address (which should be found on the package) or email us for the return address.

Sale Items

Please note all sale items are final and no refunds. In the case a sale item is returned to us for refund, the return will not be processed and you will be liable for any shipping costs on the return back to you.

All holiday discount codes including: Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter and Black Friday deals are classed as sale items and are also non refundable under the sale policy.
