MYTH offers discount cards as a special incentive to customers and prospects, allowing them to purchase our pieces at a reduced price based on the discount percentage. These cards come in denominations of five,
ranging from five to thirty percent off (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30%), and are available both physically and virtually as e-cards. All cards are one-time redeemable and are distributed at the discretion of the company through customer relationship promotions, sales promotions, and other seasonal occasions the brand deems fit.

The following defines who is eligible to use a MYTH discount card to make a purchase.
A. MYTH Muse: A loyal customer who has received a discount card from the brand based on their standing with MYTH.
B. Brand Gift: A customer who has received a discount card from MYTH as a special gift following a purchase. This may be a 5%, 10%, or 15% discount card.
C. Received as a Gift: A buyer presenting a discount card received as a gift from another brand or as part of a promotion in another brand’s programme.
Ultimately, a discount card presented by any holder must bear a code that matches a code the brand has logged in its system. A card with a code that does not match will not be considered authentic and will not be redeemable.

Gift cards are available as physical cards in-store or as e-cards online, which are delivered directly to recipients on the buyer’s behalf. Physical gift cards come in denominations of one hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 100.00) and above, with availability based on the brand’s discretion. E-cards can be purchased in any amount on the online store, where users can either select from pre-set amounts or enter a specific value of their choice.

C. Online: E-cards can only be redeemed on the online store by entering the gift card code during checkout.
Redemption of Balances:
If a gift card is not fully used in one transaction, the remaining balance is logged as store credit for the customer. This store credit is recorded in the MYTH system and can be recalled when the customer indicates they have an existing balance.
