Online payments: customers receive a payment confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed.

Mobile payments: MYTH considers payment received when we receive confirmation text message from the Mobile Money Network Operator.

Bank Transfers: MYTH considers payment received when the deposit reflects in the account, with confirmation shared with the customer.

Payment Plans or Installments:

Retail Customers: MYTH does not offer payment plans or instalment options to retail customers.

Stockists: payment plans or installment options for stockists are agreed at the beginning of the partnership with signed terms and conditions in the stockist contract.
