Return Policy

Eligibility:

MYTH discourages returns of any kind once a purchase is made. However, we make exclusion for returns when a customer is not satisfied with the product received due to a factory defect

The customer is eligible to return the product within 5 days of purchase (weekends included)

The item must be new, in unused condition and returned with the packaging it was delivered in.

There are no returns allowed on discounted and promotion products

Shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstance

 

Return Process:

To return a product, the customer must:

Send an email with details of the issue

MYTH replies with an email to confirm or disallow the return

For a confirmed return, the item should be sent within 5 days (weekends included) to the address provided

For a confirmed refund, repayment will be processed within 14 business days

 

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds are granted when a return request is confirmed and the only remedy possible determined by MYTH is to refund

Confirmed refunds are processed within 14 business days after confirmation

Exchanges are granted under these terms:

Made within 7 days of purchase (weekends included)

Product must be delivered in the original packaging

Confirmed with the receipt of purchase

Sent to the return address provided by MYTH

Must be unused, in new condition

Exchange will be of the same item in a different condition

Exchange product must be of same cost of new item being exchanged for

The customer pays an difference should they want to exchange for a product of higher cost than the old product

No refunds of balances will be made for exchanging an item of lower cost than the old product

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs in returning the product purchased to MYTH

MYTH bares the responsibility of the shipment costs of the exchanged product to the customer.

 

Processing Time:

Returns

Customer must return product within 5 days (weekends included)

MYTH responds to return requests within 48 hours of receiving request

 

Refunds:

MYTH process refunds within 14 business days after confirmation of refund to customer

Refunds are made in the same currency and the prevailing rate at the time of the initial purchase

 

Exchanges:

Customer must return product within 5 days (weekends included)

MYTH processes exchanges same day of receipt for in-store purchases

MYTH process exchanges by delivery within 48 hours of confirmation of exchange for local purchase (Ghana)

MYTH will confirm processing time for exchanges of international purchases

 

Exceptions:

Personalized, discounted, promotional or final sale items shall not be exchanged or returned under any circumstances

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

MYTH bares no liability for products damaged after first use. MYTH however considers responsibility for products damaged on delivery or before first use.

To report a damaged product, the customer must:

For a confirmed refund, repayment will be processed within 14 business days

In-Store purchases with damages can be replaced within 5 days of purchase (weekends included)
